- How do I receive assistance from HPEH?
- Visit the Get Help page, come to a scheduled distribution, or contact us. There is no application fee and no cost for assistance.
- Do I need to prove income or residency?
- No. Food, clothing, and hygiene assistance are available to anyone in need. Some partner referral programs may have their own requirements.
- Does HPEH provide emergency services?
- No. HPEH does not provide emergency, medical, crisis, or shelter-placement services. In an emergency call 911. For crisis support call or text 988. For local resource referrals dial 211.
- How are donations used?
- Donations fund food, hygiene kits, clothing, and direct outreach. We report on how gifts are used through our Impact page and announcements.
- Can I volunteer as a group?
- Yes. Churches, businesses, schools, and civic groups are welcome. Note your group size on the volunteer interest form.
- Do you accept student community-service hours?
- Yes. Let us know your required hours and any paperwork your school needs signed.
- How can my organization partner with HPEH?
- We partner with businesses, churches, schools, healthcare providers, agencies, and nonprofits. Reach out through the Contact page.
- Where do your events take place?
- Distributions and outreach happen at community sites. Upcoming dates and locations are posted on the Events page.
